All levels welcome. Every class is planned to help students to improve flexibility, strength and balance. We practice with a step by step approach, which allows everyone to find their own pose, recognizing and respecting their own limits. One on one assistance is offered to everyone during the class to better effect the participants´ unique learning style.
First Yoga class – Free !
$10 each class after (for each 10 classes receive 11th Free !)
Beginers and all levels are welcome.
You can start any time.
- Monday and Wednesday – 7 to 8 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday – 10 to 11 a.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday – 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
